Application：

This machine is a newly developed next-generation four-sides sealing product independently developed by our company, suitable for packaging sheet-like materials such as medical dressings, gauze pads, and plasters. It integrates mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and magnetic systems, controlled by a PLC programmable motion controller, enabling programmatic operation and parameter adjustment. The machine consists of automatic feeding, film unwinding and slitting mechanism, film traction and feeding mechanism, multi-row feeding mechanism, batch number printing mechanism, automatic film heat-sealing tracking mechanism, longitudinal and transverse cutting mechanism, and finished product conveying mechanism. It features innovative design, compact and rational structure, superior performance, and convenient operation and maintenance, allowing standalone production or connection with slicing machines and blister Packaging Machines.

Its specific functional features include:

1) The host servo parameterized speed regulation can adapt to various packaging materials. The entire machine is driven by servo motors, offering excellent adjustment, maintenance, and control performance.

2) The touch screen displays machine speed, packaging output, heat sealing time, and other parameters, making operation simple and straightforward.

3) The marking machine automatically detects and rejects defective markings.

4) Automatic detection and rejection of missing pieces.

5) The automatic temperature control and heat sealing section utilize a temperature controller to regulate the temperature, enhancing and ensuring the quality of the heat-sealed closure.

6) The thermal sealing automatic tracking film reciprocates once to seal 6~15 bags. The sealing time and tracking length are adjustable within specified ranges, ensuring flat, secure, and aesthetically pleasing seals.

7) Membrane shortage alarm and shutdown.

8) Capable of using various specifications of adhesive plasters, with an optional automatic feeder for 1-8 pieces based on packaging materials, and employs multi-row channel feeding to enhance production efficiency.

9) Automatic detection and waste rejection of packaging film adhesive tape joints.  

10) Ethernet remote control allows users and devices to negotiate iterative upgrade procedures.
